General Policies
Two night minimum stay. All rates subject to single or double occupancy. Each additional person $75.
Due to the specific features, some suites may not be suitable for children. If traveling with young children, please contact us before making your suite selection.
When possible, for an additional One Hundred Dollar fee, checkout time may be extended to 3 pm.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly, so we adhere to a strict policy. In the event of a change or cancellation of your reservation a $100 booking fee will be charged. However, if there is a cancellation within thirty (30) days of your arrival date, your deposit will have to be forfeited. No refund given in the event of early departure. Our cancellation and reservation policies pertain to advance credit card charges as well.
